- How can I become a Smartify dealer?
You can go to this link and click on Register at the bottom: https://business.smartify.in/for-dealers/
- How can I create an account?
To create an account hover to the top right section of the Smartify Business page > Click on Login/Signup > Fill up the details > Verify email address > Signup.
- How can I login to my account?
To Login to your account hover to the top right section of the Smartify Business page > Click on Login/Signup > Fill up the relevant ID & Password Details > Login.
- How do I update my account information?
To change your account settings:
- In Your Account, go to Login & security.
- Next to the account information you’d like to update, select Edit.
- Follow the on-screen instructions and select Save Changes.
- After you’ve completed all your updates, select Done.
- How do I reset the password for my Smartify B2B Portal account?
To reset your account password, go to: https://business.smartify.in/password-reset/ and enter the username or email address.
You will receive an email to reset your password.
- I’m interested in becoming a reseller. Who should I contact?
You can go here: https://business.smartify.in/for-distributors/ and apply.
- I received an email saying my order was delivered, but I’m missing some items.
If you received only a few items in your order, it’s possible that other items are on-the-way and sent through a different shipping carrier. We’ll be happy to look into this issue for you. Please email your order ID and tracking number to info@smartify.in, and we’ll be happy to look into what’s happening behind the scenes.
- How can I cancel my order?
To cancel your order, go to Orders and click on “Cancel”. In case you’re unable to cancel the order from your dashboard, please email the order ID to info@smartify.in, and we will be happy to look into the issue.
- I have just returned the item to a courier partners. When can I expect my refund?
It normally takes around 4-5 business days for shipment to receive our office. Our team will check the product condition, along with packaging, and after verification, they will process the refund to your account within 7-14 business days.
- What’s the status of my order?
You can track your orders by clicking on the link that you’d have received on the email. In case you didn’t receive the tracking details, please contact us on: +91-8200660204.
- I just placed my order, but I want a different color/item/bundle. How can I edit my order?
We offer the option to change the colour, item or bundle FREE of cost, if you let us know the change within 8-12 hours of placing your order.
Please note that we do not accept refunds, once the order has been processed and dispatched from our warehouse/facility.
- I placed a backorder for a product that was out of stock. When will it ship?
The item will be shipped depending on the availability of the product from the supplier. We will communicate the status of your order with you over email and Whatsapp.
Typically, backordered products take 7-10 business days to be delivered, but in most cases, you can expect your order to ship to you earlier.
- The product I want is currently out of stock. When will it be available?
To know when the product will be available back in stock, Visit the page of the product you want to buy, then click on the button: Notify me> Provide contact details.
Once the product is in stock you will be notified via your shared contact details regarding the availability of the product.
- The product I want is out of stock. Do you accept backorders?
Yes, we do accept backorders.
To place one you can click on the Whatsapp icon on the bottom right on the page to get in touch with our Sales Executive, who will guide you how to place the backorder for a product.
- How much does shipping cost?
The shipping cost varies depending on the product weight and the pincode. We calculate the shipping cost also based on the carrier and the medium through which it is sent. Please use this link: https://www.shiprocket.in/shipping-rate-calculator/ to know more about shipping fees and transit times.
- I paid for 2 Day Shipping. Will it be here in exactly 48 hours?
Yes, if you have paid & selected an option for a faster delivery, the product will be delivered to you within the said time frame.

- It’s been a few days and my order hasn’t shipped.
We deliver orders placed with Standard Delivery in three or more days (depending on the location of delivery) after they ship. You can see the estimated delivery date before you place the order.
Sometimes the order might take a bit longer than usual to get delivered, in which case you can contact our support team at: info@smartify.in.
- How do I qualify for free shipping?
To qualify your order for unlimited free shipping, your cart value must have a minimum value of ₹25,000, excluding discount/coupon code values.
- My order’s tracking information has been in ‘Pre-Shipment’ for a week. Why haven’t you shipped it yet?
Pre-Shipment usually means that the product is either still packing, or it’s sitting in a huge pile of other packages that are waiting to be collected from our shipping partner.
If there’s any unintended delay in shipment, please be patient with us. In case we’re unable to fulfill your order even after 14 business days, we will process a 100% refund of your amount, which will be credited to your account in 5-7 business days.
- The tracking information on my order hasn’t been updated in a week. What’s up with that?
The tracking details might not have been updated because the product is either under pre-shipment, which typically takes 7-14 business days. It’s also possible that the courier service has probably not updated the tracking details in which case you can contact our courier partner using the AWB/Tracking ID.
- How long until my order ships?
Shipments generally take up to 14 business days (maximum) to be shipped. You can check the Delivery time of your order before ordering a product to get an idea of how many days it might take for your order to be shipped and delivered.
- What are your shipping timelines?
- Standard Delivery (Free) – 3 to 14 business days
- Express Delivery (Chargeable) – 2 to 5 business days (The option is available if items in the cart have the prerequisites for this delivery option)
- Two Day Delivery (Chargeable) – 1 to 2 business days (The option is available if items in the cart have the prerequisites for this delivery option)
- What types of payments do you accept?
We accept the following modes of payments:

- Which currency will I be charged in?
We accept global currency payments and you will be charged in your local currency, but depending on shipment availability to your Country.
- Do you offer EMI payment options on purchases?
Yes, we accept EMI payment options on purchases across various banks.
- How can I return my order?
You can return/replace your order only on eligible products within the time frame mentioned before placing an order.
To return an item or to replace a faulty one, please email us your order ID to info@smartify.in.
- How do I register my product for warranty protection?
Generally, products are considered to be in warranty since the date of purchase.
However, if your product warranty has not been updated, you must follow the steps mentioned on the warranty card provided to you by the product manufacturer.
If your warranty is still not updated in the app or web portal of the manufacturer, you can contact our support team anytime here: info@smartify.in, and we would be happy to look into it.
- What is Smartify’s official return and refund policy?
We don’t offer returns or refunds on any orders, except in cases, where the product is broken, damaged or malfunctioning. You can read the Terms & Conditions for Return and Refund by clicking here.
- Can I exchange my product instead of returning it for a refund?
Yes, exchanges are permitted if the product you received isn’t working as per specifications. However, we don’t permit exchange of one product variant with another.
- What qualifies for a return at Smartify?
If the item you ordered arrived in a physically damaged/ defective condition or is different from their description on the product detail page, or has missing parts or accessories, it will be eligible for a free return/replacement as long as the exact item is available in stock.

Refund Method: NEFT to Bank account (takes 2-4 business days after refund is processed)
- Do you offer repairs or replacement parts for products?
Yes, we do provide repairs or replacement parts for products (subject to availability of the parts) for which you can contact our support department here: info@smartify.in
- My product is outside of its warranty period, and it’s not working anymore. Can you still help?
Yes, most certainly. We strive to help our customers have the best experience possible and in this case we can help you contact to an authorized service provider, who can help you resolve the issue.
- My product isn’t working anymore. How can I create a warranty claim?
Yes, most certainly. If your product is under the purview of warranty protection, you can create a warranty claim to get a free replacement from the manufacturer.
