Do I have to keep stock?

No. You order what a job needs, when the client confirms. Items in stock ship in 1-2 working days. Items we do not have on the shelf can still be ordered, up to 200 units per line, and ship in about 10 to 21 working days. Each product page shows its own timeline.

Who is the seller on my order?

Smartify is the seller on every order. Your order shows "Sold and shipped by Smartify", or, when a listed distributor ships it, "Sold by Smartify" with the distributor it ships from.

How do I know the products are genuine?

Our team vets every brand before it is listed. Today that is 11 open-stack brands, and nothing outside that list can appear in the catalog. Distributor listings are reviewed, with the brand's paperwork, before they go live. Ex-demo and open-box stock is marked with its condition.

What if a product is faulty?

Warranty claims are accepted within 90 days of purchase. Unused items in their original packaging can be returned within 3 days of delivery. The shipping and returns policy has the full terms.

How do credits work?

Partner dealers earn 1 credit for every ₹100 of an order's value before GST, once the order is fully paid. Credits stay valid for 12 months. They cannot be used to pay for orders.

How do I turn credits into leads?

Open Leads in the partner portal, pick a project and unlock it with your credits.

Why can I not see prices?

Dealer prices are for verified trade accounts only. Create an account, verify your business, and prices appear across the whole catalog.

Free or Partner: which should I choose?

Both give you dealer prices and ordering. Free opens once we verify your GSTIN and details, within 7 days. Partner costs ₹2,500 one time, incl. GST, opens right after payment, earns credits on paid orders and includes a Smartify Pro account.

I am a distributor. Can I sell my stock here?

Yes. Apply as a distributor, then list your stock in the partner portal with units and your dealer price. We review every listing, with the brand's paperwork, before dealers can order it.
