- I received an email saying my order was delivered, but I’m missing some items.
If you received only a few items in your order, it’s possible that other items are on-the-way and sent through a different shipping carrier. We’ll be happy to look into this issue for you. Please email your order ID and tracking number to info@smartify.in, and we’ll be happy to look into what’s happening behind the scenes.
- How can I cancel my order?
To cancel your order, go to Orders and click on “Cancel”. In case you’re unable to cancel the order from your dashboard, please email the order ID to info@smartify.in, and we will be happy to look into the issue.
- I have just returned the item to a courier partners. When can I expect my refund?
It normally takes around 4-5 business days for shipment to receive our office. Our team will check the product condition, along with packaging, and after verification, they will process the refund to your account within 7-14 business days.
- What’s the status of my order?
You can track your orders by clicking on the link that you’d have received on the email. In case you didn’t receive the tracking details, please contact us on: +91-8200660204.
- I just placed my order, but I want a different color/item/bundle. How can I edit my order?
We offer the option to change the colour, item or bundle FREE of cost, if you let us know the change within 8-12 hours of placing your order.
Please note that we do not accept refunds, once the order has been processed and dispatched from our warehouse/facility.
- I placed a backorder for a product that was out of stock. When will it ship?
The item will be shipped depending on the availability of the product from the supplier. We will communicate the status of your order with you over email and Whatsapp.
Typically, backordered products take 7-10 business days to be delivered, but in most cases, you can expect your order to ship to you earlier.
- The product I want is currently out of stock. When will it be available?
To know when the product will be available back in stock, Visit the page of the product you want to buy, then click on the button: Notify me> Provide contact details.
Once the product is in stock you will be notified via your shared contact details regarding the availability of the product.
- The product I want is out of stock. Do you accept backorders?
Yes, we do accept backorders.
To place one you can click on the Whatsapp icon on the bottom right on the page to get in touch with our Sales Executive, who will guide you how to place the backorder for a product.
